Julián Bovati Real Estate
Julián Bovati is a personal brand born from a young professional with the goal of launching his own real estate business in Miramar, Buenos Aires Province.
With this vision in mind, he approached us to bring his visual identity to life, posing the challenge of creating a recognizable brand within a traditional real estate market—one capable of conveying professionalism, approachability, and proactivity.
Symbol & Typography
We began by exploring different visual directions until arriving at an abstract, compact symbol built from the brand’s initials and references to urban design and real estate blueprints.
For the logotype, we selected the Decimal Sans typeface for its balance of modernity, clarity, and restraint.
Color
For the color palette, we chose two tones inspired by the landscape of Miramar.
On one hand, a deep navy blue to convey professionalism, trust, and sobriety. On the other, a bright sky blue as a contrasting accent that adds dynamism and a more contemporary feel to the brand.
Brand Application and Digital World
The application system was designed to respond clearly and flexibly to the brand’s needs, adapting consistently across different communication assets.
At the same time, the brand was developed with its digital performance in mind, with the goal of making it simple and adaptable across different formats and platforms.
As a result, the project led to a recognizable, flexible brand that is ready to support Julián Bovati’s growth over time.
